For BISP 10500 new registration, NSER survey verification has made mandatory by the Benazir Income Support Program. NSER Survey Registration Desks have been established in BISP Tehsil Offices by the BISP Program for all persons who want to register. Where to go to get your survey done. This NSER survey is conducted for both eligible and non-eligible individuals. Details on how to get NSER survey verification are provided below.
- First, visit the NSER registration desk in your nearest BISP Tehsil Office to get your survey token.
- Then, on your turn, let the representative know the details about completing the survey verification.
- The NSER survey representative will provide a question-and-answer form in which you must provide all the information about yourself.
- Remember that the information you provide must be correct as it is based on this information that you are qualified or disqualified in the survey.
- After that, you will interviewed by an NSER survey representative. Personal information will collected from you in this interview and saved in the data.
- After that, the computer will generate an SMS about your eligibility and disqualification. You will also allotted the PMT score, on which you will register for the Benazir Kafalat program.
- Remember to collect your survey slip from the representative before leaving the NSER survey registration desk as this will be useful to you during registration.

Benazir Kafalat Program Registration Procedure
If you qualify in the NSER survey and your PMT score is less than 40, then you can register for Benazir Kafalat program. BISP 10500 New Registration procedure is provided below. If you are registering for the first time, then you have to follow it.
- Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office and inform the representative about your registration.
- While registering, you must provide the representative with your National Identity Card and NSER survey slip.
- Afterward you will given a registration form by the BISP representative which you must fill out and submit back.
- While submitting the form back, you should also attach a copy of your identity card and a copy of your household electricity and gas bill.
- Finally, your fingerprints will verified by the representative after which your registration will be completed.
- After that, your verification will done by BISP Headquarters. If you successfully verify, you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171, which will provide your aid amount and eligibility details.
BISP New Payment Update 2024
Eligible users of the Benazir Kafalat program who are already receiving assistance are informed that the government has released quarterly installments. If you have not received the confirmation SMS yet, you can check your eligibility through the 8171 web portal and get your assistance from the nearest HBLE connect shop. It has been announced by the BISP program that not enough people have provided SMS to receive the installment. So they should check their eligibility using their ID card on the 8171 portal and get the installment after getting their thumb verification from the nearest shop.

Eligibility Criteria For New Registration
Benazir Income Support Program has set eligibility criteria for including new people in the Benazir Kafalat Program. This time, the government has made stricter eligibility criteria. Because many unnecessary people are getting installments from the Benazir Kafalat program. So, the government has now provide new eligibility criteria through which you can get your registration done. The eligibility criteria are provided below.
- Applicant should be a resident of Pakistan and possess a CNIC card with a computerized chip.
- The applicant should not be a government employee nor has he ever received assistance from any government agency.
- Your monthly income should be less than 50 thousand.
- The applicant must have a poverty score of less than 30 as issued by the NSER survey.
- The applicant should not involved in any illegal activities and should not have any criminal FIR against him.
- The applicant has no residential house and is living in a rented house.
- The applicant has never opened his bank account.
- The applicant should not possess any passport of any kind.
